Step inside
We design for real people living real lives. The small details are just as important as the big picture, which is why every part of our design process is a collaborative effort inspired by our customers, for our customers. Be inspired below by the homes of some of our Boutique Homes family.

Your personal style
Home is where the heart is. Which is why it’s important to settle on interior selections that suit your personal style. We’ve curated a selection of inspiring design styles from our very own Boutique Homes family.
Modern-coastal
‘There is something about celebrating the ocean, sunshine and mother nature that we adore. The crisp white interior, big windows and raked ceilings work beautifully together to create a timeless interior that remains contemporary and on-trend.’
Steph and Michael
Eclectic farmhouse
Lisa and Paul wanted to create a simple interior design that could stand the test of their two Labradors, while remaining warm and welcoming. Their interiors mix greys and off-whites with bold navy blues, tan leather and heavy timber furniture. Textured soft furnishings, painted wooden cladding and tiled splashbacks add dimension and personality to the space.
Transitional
‘‘I love the interest created by mixing interior styles together – it makes for a more individual feel that reflects you. Our home is a mix of a contemporary base with more traditional features, such as board and batten panelling, and a feature fireplace.’
Nikkayla and Luke
Classic Hamptons with rustic charm
‘I didn’t want to go with any fads or trends as I see how quickly they can go out of fashion. We kept our palette very neutral, adding colour and texture through rugs, leather lounges and timber accessories. We got rid of most of the antiques we had in our previous home, we kept and incorporated some of the more special pieces, which fit in perfectly.’
Lorraine and Shane
Contemporary with a touch of bohemian
‘Most people describe my style as ‘like a display home’ which I take as a huge compliment. It’s elegant, classic and simplistic, with elements of ‘wow.’ The areas that I placed my focus on were key areas of the home that I spent a lot of my time in. I upgraded the tiling and Caesarstone in my Ensuite, as well as adding black tapware and a double shower head. This is another key area that I spend a lot of time in and wanted to enjoy it every day, with no regrets.’
Relaxed contemporary
‘Going into our Interior Design Consultation, we were able to tell our Interior Designer exactly what we liked in terms of more permanent items such as tiles and paint colours, by using display homes as an example. For smaller items such as cabinetry handles, our Interior Designer was very helpful in suggesting a few different options that matched our design vision, so we could choose easily from samples.’
Mid-century Modern
‘We wanted a space that emphasised practical living with a focus on entertaining. Our colour palette includes neutral greys, coastal tones and matte black features, with soft lines, natural raw timbers and rattan and retro influences throughout.’
Coastal-inspired Hamptons
‘We wanted to keep things light, bright and airy, while still remaining warm. The Hamptons façade was a no-brainer for us. It is a more classic style and made us feel as though we were paying a small tribute to the original home. The façade also complements our suburb and neighbouring homes beautifully.’
Minimalist and modern
‘We really loved the understated elegance of the Luxe façade. It’s modern and minimalist, which ties in with our tastes perfectly, and it was reasonably priced as well. I found it really helpful to see other people’s colour selections and ideas, especially for builds which were ahead of our own. It really helped to solidify what we wanted in our own home, and it was useful to see how others had customised aspects of their home to give us ideas we may not have otherwise thought of.’
Bali-inspired oasis
‘It takes a number of years to get the house the way you want it. When we first moved in, we weren’t really sure what our style was – we knew we liked the Balinese style, but we were crossing it with other aesthetics. Now, we have added some beautiful furniture, it flows, and it has become very homely and exactly what we want.’
