From the initial consultation, your personal Project Manager will work closely with you to advise on expected timelines for pre-construction and construction of your dual occupancy home.
Each council is different; however, your Project Manager will be able to assist in making this process as streamlined as possible. Remember that obtaining the planning permit is essentially the halfway point.
