A special guest appearance will be in attendance – “Pearl” the Dulux dog. Get the opportunity to meet and greet our furry friend who will be there between 12:30pm – 2:30pm.
About the home
The newest incarnation of the Toorak reflects a classic Hamptons-inspired Rhode Island style. Showcasing true craftsmanship, offering many of the distinctive hallmarks of the style, such as double gables, a four-post veranda, gridded windows, an enclosed balcony, painted mouldings, and weatherboard cladding.
The exterior coastal style seamlessly transcends through the home’s interiors, showcasing the detailing and materiality. For the first time, additional timber has been added in areas such as the upstairs flooring, enhancing the warmth of the home. A muted, nature-inspired palette includes calming sage greens with charcoal accents and subtle hints of subdued prints, while the timber joinery and floorings add texture and warmth.
