*Available to customers with Titled Land, who pay a deposit and sign a Preliminary Works Contract between 20/11/2022 and 31/12/2024. Customers must have finance pre-approval from a financial institution. Customer requested changes, including changes to master plans, design options, upgrades or colour schemes variations, or delays in signing required documents will void this offer. Not applicable with any other discounts, incentives or promotions. Boutique Homes reserves the right to update, change or cease this offer at any time. Images are for illustrative purposes only. Eligibility Criteria:
- Customer must have a Land Titled issued
- Sign a Preliminary Works Contract (PWC) between September 1, 2022 and December 31, 2024
- Obtained finance pre-approval from a financial institution at PWC signing
Terms & Conditions:
- Owner requested changes post-PWC will void the agreement
- Customers will not be able to make changes to pre-determined colour boards
- Any delays in signing documents may void the agreement
- Any customisation to Master Plans, design options or available upgrade options will void the agreement
Timeframes can vary based on external factors outside the builder’s control including;
- Compliance – Rescode, Developer, Council and Authority Approvals
- Available property information and connected services
- Unconditional finance approval from customer’s financial institution
- Note: 12 week timeframe does not include Public Holidays or Christmas Shutdown period
