If you fell in love with our elegant double-storey Arc façade you’re in luck. Modelled off the ever-popular contemporary façade, the single-storey Arlo contains all the glamour of its predecessor – just a little closer to the ground.
‘With so many of our dedicated customer base asking for a single-storey version of the Arc façade, the Arlo was born,’ explains Boutique Homes’ Senior Designer, Robert Nguyen.
‘The high-end contemporary design features the same soft curve wall and slimmer, more refined versions of the Arc’s beautiful feature piers.’
Painted pressed brickwork brings texture and interest to the façade’s fresh, monochromatic palette. Elongated by dark painted infills, the near floor-to-ceiling windows allow for a wealth of natural light.
‘The white-rendered thin beams running along the top of the piers frame the whole façade, while adding a sense of height and openness to the porch and garage,’ says Rob.
‘I also love the modern, offset configuration of the large aluminium Bradnam’s double glazed windows adding to the slimline contemporary feel of the facade.’
This clean and crisp façade is designed with knockdown rebuild customers in mind but works equally well in residential estates. Its sharp, simple form and balanced look and feel is set to be enjoyed by the most stylish customers. ‘I can imagine our customers walking through this high-end modern façade into a curated, contemporary and minimalist interior,’ says Rob.
Customers can choose to upgrade to a glazed entry door and increase their ceiling height for an even more open, airy space.
