Introducing Boutique Homes’ new traditional coastal facade – the Rhode Island.

‘Hamptons-inspired facades have been popular for well over a decade. So, we found many customers asking us – what’s next? The Rhode Island façade is our answer,’ says Boutique Homes’ Senior Designer, Rob Nguyen.

‘The Rhode Island facade’s idyllic appeal and impressive street presence will attract those looking for the next big thing in Hamptons-style design.’

Created with knockdown rebuild customers in mind, the Rhode Island design meshes traditional elements and contemporary styling to create a striking, high-end Hamptons look.

The façade’s four-post veranda and double gables provide breadth and a sense of grandness to the home’s exterior. Large glazing and feature French doors on both levels let in a wealth of natural light, creating bright and airy spaces native to beach-side living.

A bold, monochromatic colour scheme completes the façade’s premium and up-to-date – yet familiar – aesthetic.

‘The little details bring a sense of nostalgia, craftsmanship and character to this carefully designed façade,’ adds Rob.

‘Take notice of the painted posts and beams, the James Hardie Linea weatherboard cladding, delicate gable vents, feature gridded windows and doors, and picture frame mouldings.’

The Rhode Island façade can be coupled with any of Boutique Homes’ 15.24m and 16m wide double storey home designs.

‘This includes our ever-popular Pasadena and Montauk floorplans,’ adds Rob.
