After hearing about Boutique on the radio, Randel and Anita found the perfect floorplan online. Anita was ‘speechless’ after walking into the display home. They imagined themselves living in the home right away, with the kids walking around choosing which bedroom would be theirs.

Cooking most weekends, Anita said, ‘This is the dream kitchen for me.’
Three years after building
We caught up with Randel & Anita three years after building their Boutique home to talk all things design, family and home related.
‘We knew we definitely didn’t want to renovate, and it’s been a good choice. The value of the house has really gone up and we have seen the true potential of the area.’ Three years on, says Randel, the home is still in perfect working condition.

‘It was explained that the house will always move a bit after settlement and that we should take notes of any minor structural changes. We raised them at the 12-month warranty inspection and everything was fixed very promptly,’ says Randel.
‘To this day, when it comes to the structure of the house, we are confident that it will last and we won’t have any issues. And if there is, Boutique is just a phone call away.’
