The new Byron façade offers a coastal, contemporary style, paired with aesthetic details that are evocative of mediterranean design. “Maintaining one muted colour for the entire façade, paired with a thick, high parapet wall, creates a simplistic, proportional design,” says Rob Nguyen, Boutique Homes Senior Designer.
These design elements create a contemporary coastal feel, with additional design features like the subtle radium corner details of the front porch piers, and a flat mould profile framing the top, adding softness to the overall aesthetic.
“You can fall in love with a façade, that forms the power of connection – it’s an emotive reaction,” says Rob.
