The floorplan offered a unique challenge to the Boutique Design team. Despite the tight footprint, both homes include a spacious double-vanity ensuite and walk-in-robe to the master bedroom, as well as an upstairs retreat and plenty of storage. Finding the most efficient and cost-effective layout was at the heart of the design process.
‘Both the double garage and the sitting rooms have been placed to maximise land space and be as convenient as possible for home owners, and the outdoor areas are both oriented to maximise sun exposure,’ adds Robert.
‘It makes for a really affordable dual occupancy option for investors and owner-occupiers alike.’
