Building Surveyor Inspections

Building Surveyors are engaged for every build, and complete mandatory inspections for piers, pre slab, steel and frame. Some homes also require additional inspections based on the requirements of the home, such as double storey homes which have an additional pre-plaster inspection.

Final Quality Audit

Every build has a Final Quality Audit completed. This involves a Site Quality Controller reviewing a series of detailed questions, to ensure the home is built to the ABN Group standard.

Should any ramifications arise from the final quality audit, the Construction Managers are responsible to ensure all rectifications have been completed prior to booking the New Home Presentation.

Warranties Process

Once a home has been signed off, our 12 month maintenance warranty and 25 year structural guarantee can commence.

Our industry-leading aftercare program, Boutique Assist, spans 12 months and providing your home enough time to settle through all four seasons. During the 12 month warranty period, any issues raised are promptly managed by our Warranties department. After the 12 months, a detailed inspection of the home is carried out by our team.

We stand by the quality of every Boutique home with a 25 year structural guarantee. This covers structural components such as the slab, brickwork and framing.

Independent Inspectors

In addition to our industry leading quality assurance, our clients are always welcome to engage their own private independent inspector for their build. This can be arranged via their customer experience coordinator at the start of the construction phase.
